Albert Morales to the UFC

Congrats to WFC vet Albert Morales on signing with the UFC. He got signed when he knocked out Mario Israel in just 20 seconds at RFA 38 with Dana White in the crowd. Dana came backstage as part of his Lookin for a fight series and signed Morales on the spot. Morales will make his UFC debut this Saturday night at UFC Fight Night 94 in Hidalgo, Texas. We wish him all the best.

King of Sacramento Max Griffin signed by UFC

The King of Sac, Max Griffin has been signed by the UFC and is set to make his promotional debut at UFC 202 this Saturday. Griffin has competed for West Coast Fighting 7 times becoming the welterweight Champion twice and earning the title of King of Sacramento by defeating David Mitchell by KO in just 43 seconds at WFC 16. He has won submission and fight of the night as well as fighter of the year awards within WFC. We wish him all the best and continued success in the UFC. 

WFC vet Chris Avila to compete at UFC 202

WFC vet Chris Avila will fight Artem Lobov at UFC 202. Avila, who picked up at win at WFC 10, is a member of Team Diaz and a Gracie Fighter who sports a record of 6-2. He has made his name here in Northern California and will be known worldwide come this weekend. He fights on Fox Sports 1 this Saturday as part of the undercard for Diaz vs. McGregor 2
